Coventry City agree deal to sign Nigeria attacker Taiwo Awoniyi

Coventry City have reportedly reached an agreement with Nottingham Forest to sign Nigerian striker Taiwo Awoniyi on a permanent transfer.

The Premier League newcomers have moved quickly to secure the services of the experienced Nigeria international, with negotiations between the two clubs understood to have been completed.

Awoniyi is leaving Nottingham Forest after three years spell at the club and is expected to play an integral role for the new promoted side.
