Juventus consider AC Milan midfielder Youssouf Fofana

Juventus are reportedly considering a summer approach for AC Milan midfielder Youssouf Fofana as they assess ways to strengthen their squad.

Italian transfer journalist Gianluca Di Marzio says the Frenchman has attracted attention in Turin, although no formal negotiations have begun.

Fofana’s future at Milan appears uncertain. Since arriving from Monaco, the 27-year-old has struggled to establish himself as an important figure, and new head coach Ruben Amorim reportedly does not view him as part of his plans. Milan are therefore willing to listen to offers as they try to reshape the squad before the transfer window closes.

Juventus are exploring different ways to structure a potential deal, including the possibility of a player exchange. That option could appeal to both clubs if they agree on suitable valuations, but discussions remain at an early stage.

The Turin side have already recruited Kerim Alajbegovic, Zeki Celik and Randal Kolo Muani this summer. Their immediate priority is reportedly a loan agreement for goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, who is expected to leave Parma for Paris Saint-Germain.

Fofana’s physical presence and experience in Serie A could make him a useful addition, but Juventus must first decide whether pursuing the midfielder fits their wider transfer plans.
