Victor Osimhen transfer links with Al Hilal fade after fresh denial

The prospect of Victor Osimhen joining Al Hilal has suffered a major setback after journalist Fabrizio Romano denied that talks are currently taking place between the Saudi Arabian club and the Nigeria striker.

Africafoot had reported exclusively that Al Hilal had reopened contact over Osimhen, prompting renewed speculation about the forward’s future. The report was quickly circulated and supported by Sacha Tavolieri, who said the Saudi club had made enquiries about the situation of the Nigeria international.
