Mohamed Salah’s £3.1m Turkey villa revealed after Trabzonspor move

Mohamed Salah will initially stay in a specially prepared hotel suite after joining Trabzonspor, while arrangements are completed for the villa he plans to occupy in the Yalıncak area of Turkey.

According to Turkish website 61saat, the Liverpool forward will live in the hotel accommodation during his first days in the country. The temporary arrangement will remain in place until all preparations for the villa have been finalised.

The property, which has reportedly impressed Salah, is located in Yalıncak and is valued at 125m Turkish lira. It covers 450 square metres and includes eight bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Salah has joined Trabzonspor for the 2026-27 season and has already taken part in training with the Turkish club as preparations continue for the new campaign.

However, he was not included in Trabzonspor’s squad for their friendly against Goztepe. The match was being played as part of events marking the anniversary of former footballer Ismail Koybası.

Salah has signed a two-year contract with Trabzonspor. The club said he will receive an annual salary of 10m euros, in addition to a 7m-euro signing bonus, taking his guaranteed total remuneration to 17m euros.

The agreement also includes financial incentives linked to the player’s performances during the period of his contract.

Trabzonspor said Salah will further receive 20% of the revenue generated from official products released in his name. The club also stated that his agent’s commission is 5%, according to the details made public in the contract.

The Turkey move follows nine seasons with Liverpool, where Salah made 315 appearances. He scored 257 goals and provided 120 assists for the club during that period.

Salah’s early accommodation arrangements are among the details to emerge following his arrival at Trabzonspor. The club have now begun integrating him into their preparations for the 2026-27 season, although he was absent from the squad for the Goztepe friendly.

The villa is expected to become Salah’s permanent residence once the remaining work and preparations have been completed. Its reported price and size underline the scale of the accommodation selected for the Egypt international during his time in Turkey.
