Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club have announced the return of Moroccan international Yahya Attiat-Allah ahead of the new campaign.

The enterprising left-back penned a one-year contract with Wydad and is expected to play a huge role in the upcoming football season.

Attiat-Allah is no stranger to success in Wydad colours. During his previous spell at the club, he established himself as one of the most reliable full-backs in Moroccan football, earning widespread recognition for his attacking contributions, defensive discipline and ability to influence matches from the left flank.

His impressive performances for Wydad also helped him become a regular member of the Moroccan national team, where he gained valuable international experience competing against some of the world’s best players.

The club’s management and technical staff view his return as a major boost to the squad, particularly at a time when Wydad are seeking to reassert themselves among Africa’s elite clubs and mount serious challenges for silverware.

Wydad’s coaching team is expected to rely heavily on the 30-year-old defender’s leadership qualities and winning mentality.
