Panserraikos linked with move for Jorginho
Guinea-Bissau and Portugal midfielder Jorginho, currently without a club, has been linked with a move to Panserraikos in Greece’s Super League 2.
The 30-year-old attacking midfielder became unattached on 1 July 2026 after leaving Cypriot side Omonia Aradippou. A move to Panserraikos would represent his latest change of club after a career that has taken him across several European leagues.
Jorginho made 37 appearances in the Cyprus League, scoring five goals and providing three assists. He also recorded 65 appearances, 14 goals and nine assists in Bulgaria’s efbet Liga during his time with Ludogorets Razgrad.
He joined Omonia Aradippou from Georgian club Torpedo Kutaisi in January 2025, with the move recorded as a free transfer. Before that, he spent time with Ordabasy in Kazakhstan and Ludogorets, where he won the Bulgarian championship three times between 2020 and 2023.
Jorginho’s honours also include the Georgian Super Cup with Torpedo Kutaisi and the Kazakhstan championship with Ordabasy. His highest recorded market value was €1.8m, while his current valuation is €275,000.
The reported interest from Panserraikos comes with Jorginho available outside a club squad after his departure from Omonia Aradippou. The move remains at rumour stage.
