Zizo: Saudi Pro League side Al-Diriyah linked with move for Al Ahly winger
Egyptian right winger Zizo of Al Ahly has been linked with a move to Saudi Pro League club Al-Diriyah.
The 30-year-old, valued at 3.5m, joined Al Ahly from rivals Zamalek SC in June 2025 and is being monitored by the Saudi side as they assess wide attacking options.
Zizo, a right-footed winger who wears No 25 at Al Ahly, has seen his valuation fluctuate in recent seasons, peaking during his time at Zamalek before settling at its current level following his switch to the Cairo club.
Born in Minya and standing at 1.75m, he has built a reputation as an attacking threat from the right flank, with his performances in the Egyptian Premier League keeping him on the radar of clubs in the region.
The wingers career has taken him from youth and senior football at Lierse in Belgium to Portugal with CD Nacional and Moreirense, before his return to Egypt with Zamalek in 2019 and subsequent move across Cairo to Al Ahly.
His experience across European and North African leagues, together with his established status in Egyptian club football, underpins Al-Diriyahs interest as they look to strengthen in the Saudi Pro League.
Zizos contract length at Al Ahly has not been disclosed, and no agreement has been reached between the clubs, with the rumour remaining at an early stage.
