The Tunisian football club, “El-Mal3ab,” has made significant strides in the winter transfer market, announcing the acquisition of three new players today.
The first addition to the squad is Senegalese left-back Ibrahima Djet, who joins on a contract lasting two and a half seasons.
Born in 2003, Djet underwent training at the Generation Foot development center and showcased his talents with success in an Asian tournament.
In another strategic move, the club secured the services of Senegalese attacking midfielder Amath Ndaw on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Born in 2002, Ndaw, like Djet, has honed his skills at the Generation Foot academy in Senegal.
Completing the trio of signings is Firas Essafaxi, an attacking midfielder born in 2005.
Essafi, hailing from the Sporting Club of Menzel Bouzelfa, an amateur league side playing at the first level, joins on a contract lasting two and a half seasons.
However, in an official statement released today, the Tunisian Football Federation announced the unilateral termination of forward Saadak Qadida’s contract with the club.
The decision came after Qadida filed a complaint citing the non-payment of his dues for three consecutive months.
Additionally, the club had earlier mutually terminated the contract of midfielder Maher Balsaghir, a crucial figure in the team during the first half of the season.
Balsaghir has now inked a deal with the Libyan side Al-Akhdar.
These swift moves by El-Mal3ab underscore their commitment to strategic enhancements in the squad during the ongoing winter transfer window.
