Raymond Domenech has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Professional Football League, as announced by the institution on Thursday. The appointment was made by UNECATEF, the coaches union, which selected him for this position.
The former coach of the French national football team joins the LFP (Ligue de Football Professionnel) along with two other individuals: Saïd Chabane, the president of Angers, and Claude Michy, the president of Clermont.
Raymond Domenech, though not holding an official function, takes the place of Luc Bruder on the Board. Meanwhile, Saïd Chabane and Claude Michy replace Francis Collado and Henri Legarda, respectively, in their roles. This addition of experienced individuals to the Board of Directors signifies a new phase in the leadership of the Professional Football League.
