Juventus eye Brahim Diaz amid uncertain Real Madrid future
Juventus FC are reportedly considering a move for Moroccan international Brahim Diaz as the Italian giants continue planning for the future.
According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, discussions between Juventus and Real Madrid CF have progressed positively in recent weeks, with another important meeting expected within the next ten days.
The talks are expected to focus heavily on plans for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Diaz seen as key attacking addition
Brahim Diaz has emerged as one of Juventus’ preferred targets as the club looks to strengthen its attacking options ahead of next season.
The Turin-based side reportedly believes the versatile midfielder can provide the creativity and technical quality needed to help revive the club’s fortunes domestically and in Europe.
Diaz is also viewed as a player already familiar with Italian football following his successful spell at AC Milan, where he enjoyed several impressive seasons.
His previous experience in Serie A is believed to be one of the factors making him an attractive option for Juventus.
Real Madrid future still unresolved
The Moroccan international remains under contract with Real Madrid until 2027.
Although negotiations have reportedly taken place over a possible extension until 2030, no final agreement has been reached between the player and the Spanish giants.
This uncertainty has fuelled speculation surrounding his future, especially with Real Madrid continuing to reshape their squad after a difficult season marked by disappointing results and internal challenges.
Juventus hoping to take advantage
Juventus are said to be monitoring the situation closely as they aim to strengthen ties with Real Madrid and potentially secure one of their marquee signings of the summer.
The Italian club believes Diaz could enjoy a more central role in Turin than he currently has in Madrid, where competition for places remains intense.
The former AC Milan midfielder, who chose to represent Morocco internationally, is currently regarded as one of the most technically gifted players within the national team setup.
