Jurgen Klopp, the German manager of Liverpool, shed light on the possibility of Mohamed Salah participating in the upcoming match against Chelsea, scheduled for tomorrow in the English Premier League.
The summit between Liverpool and Chelsea is set to take place at Anfield Road at 10:15 PM tomorrow.
Klopp: “Salah will not be available for the Chelsea match.”
During the press conference for the Chelsea encounter, Jurgen Klopp stated, “We have not exerted any pressure on Mohamed Salah, except for his desire to regain his fitness as quickly as possible.”
He continued, “We do not want to rush Mo’s return. If we were looking to expedite the recovery process and return to the field, Salah is not ready yet, and we await his full recovery.”
He concluded by saying, “Mohamed Salah will not be ready for the Chelsea match. It could have been worse, but he will not be available at the moment.”
Mohamed Salah had returned to England, leaving the Egyptian national team camp in Ivory Coast, to undergo rehabilitation after the injury he sustained in the match against Ghana in the second round of the Africa Cup of Nations group stage.
