Raja to compensate fans

Raja Club Athletic have announced a compensation plan for supporters after a disciplinary ruling ordered their upcoming league fixture to be played behind closed doors.

The decision follows sanctions imposed by the Central Disciplinary Committee, which ruled that Raja’s match against Difaa El Jadida at the Mohammed V Stadium will take place without fans in attendance this Sunday evening.

In an official statement, the club confirmed the introduction of a unified refund system allowing ticket holders to recover the cost of their purchases. The process is set to begin at 8:00 local time, with supporters required to access the club’s official platform, log into their personal accounts, and select the ticket refund option.

Raja’s management has also set a 15-day window from the date of the announcement for all refund requests to be submitted. Supporters affected by the decision will receive confirmation emails outlining the procedure and timelines for the transfer of funds.

The ruling marks a disappointing turn for fans who had anticipated a high-stakes encounter, but the club’s swift response aims to ease the impact of the sanction while maintaining transparency and order in the reimbursement process.
