Moroccan club Raja Casablanca secured a third-place finish in the Dubai Friendly Challenge Cup by defeating China’s Wuhan with a solitary goal.
Mehdi Mhoubi scored the only goal for Raja from a penalty kick in the 27th minute of the match.

Raja clinched the bronze medal, while Wuhan settled for the fourth position in the tournament.
Raja had previously lost in the semifinals to Zamalek in a penalty shootout after the original time ended in a 2-2 draw for both teams.
Wuhan, on the other hand, suffered a 3-1 defeat against Al Ahli Jeddah in the semifinal clash.
The friendly tournament provided an opportunity for the participating teams to test their mettle and fine-tune their strategies ahead of the resumption of their respective domestic leagues.
