Victor Osimhen strikes as ten-man Galatasaray hold off Beşiktaş

Victor Osimhen scored the only goal as Galatasaray secured a narrow 1-0 victory over city rivals Beşiktaş in a fiercely contested Istanbul derby on Saturday evening.
