Yan Diomande transfer fee expected to drop amid Premier League interest
RB Leipzig are prepared to lower their asking price for highly rated winger Yan Diomande ahead of the summer transfer window, potentially bringing the fee down to around €60–70m.
The Bundesliga side had initially set a €100m valuation in January, but that figure is now expected to soften as interest from Europe’s biggest clubs intensifies.
The Ivorian wideman is attracting serious attention from Manchester United, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and PSG, all of whom view him as a major long-term attacking investment. Multiple elite clubs chasing his signature could still push the eventual fee higher, but it is widely seen as a more attainable deal than it was just a month ago.
Liverpool has reportedly gone a step further by assigning scouts to closely monitor Diomande in recent Leipzig games, a sign they are seriously considering entering the race.
With his pace, dribbling, and direct style already turning heads across Europe, the 19-year-old looks set to be at the centre of one of this summer’s most closely watched transfer battles.
