Algeria: USMA targets structural reform after executive meeting
USM Alger has set out a new organisational roadmap following a meeting between club leadership and representatives of Serport Group.
The gathering brought together the company’s chief executive, board chairman Bilal Nouioua and sporting director Saïd Allik as part of routine monitoring of the club’s situation and efforts to strengthen its institutional structure.
According to a statement released by the club, discussions focused on assessing the team’s current position both on and off the pitch.
Officials reviewed administrative functioning, sporting performance and the day-to-day management of operations, before identifying priorities for the coming period.
The outcome was an agreement on a clear action plan designed to reinforce stability at every level.
Measures include improving management and supervision methods, ensuring better logistical conditions for all age categories and overseeing the progress of the training centre so it can be completed on schedule.
The roadmap also introduces intermediate objectives aligned with the club’s long-term vision and supporter expectations.
Leaders indicated the intention is to build a structured framework capable of supporting sporting ambitions while maintaining organisational discipline.
USM Alger additionally addressed speculation surrounding internal tensions, stating there are no conflicts within the institution.
The club emphasised that all departments are working together with a shared sense of responsibility and coordination.
Officials reiterated their commitment to a rigorous and organised approach aimed at achieving sporting targets.
The statement underlined that administrative order and technical planning must progress together to sustain performance and development.
By formalising the strategy, the management hopes to provide clarity for players, staff and supporters while reinforcing operational efficiency.
The initiative reflects a focus on continuity and planning rather than short-term change, with the club positioning stability as the basis for future results.
