English Premier League outfits West Ham United and Crystal Palace have reportedly entered the race to sign Nigeria international Samuel Chukwueze ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old winger has become an instant hit for Fulham after joining the Premier league club on loan from AC Milan at the beginning of the campaign.
Both West Ham and Crystal Palace are said to be closely monitoring the Nigerian international, having identified him as a priority target as they seeks to strengthen their attacking departments.
While he remains part of Milan’s plans, the Italian club are understood to be open to listening to offers should their financial demands be met, particularly as they assess potential squad adjustments ahead of the new campaign.
Chukwueze is believed to be valued at between £21.7 million and £26 million, a figure that reflects both his experience at the highest level and his proven pedigree in European football. A move to the Premier League would represent a new challenge for the former Villarreal star, who has already built a reputation for delivering decisive performances on big occasions.
With the summer transfer window approaching, interest in the Nigerian winger is expected to intensify. West Ham and Crystal Palace are both keen to add quality and depth to their squads, and Chukwueze’s profile fits the bill as a player capable of making an immediate impact.
As speculation continues to gather pace, the coming months could prove decisive in determining whether the Super Eagles forward makes the switch to England or remains in Italy for the next phase of his career.
