El Rekraki has been suspended for four matches, with two of them suspended for one year, and fined $5,000.
As for the Congolese Football Federation, CAF has imposed a financial penalty of $20,000.
The statement noted that these decisions are subject to execution upon the expiration of the appeals deadline according to CAF’s disciplinary regulations.
