Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku has sparked debate among Arsenal supporters following his reaction to the Gunners’ recent 3-2 defeat to Manchester United in the Premier League.

The Belgian attacker, who is part of Pep Guardiola’s squad for Wednesday night’s Champions League final group game against Turkish side Galatasaray, was speaking to the media ahead of the European clash when Arsenal’s slip-up became a topic of discussion.

During the press conference on Tuesday, Doku was asked for his thoughts on Arsenal’s defeat, but his response caught many by surprise as he laughed before giving his view on the result.

“It’s hard to describe my feelings. I didn’t watch the match, but I know they lost, and that’s definitely better for us. We still have many matches ahead of us; we just need to focus on ourselves,” he said.

Despite the loss, Arsenal remain top of the Premier League standings with 50 points, holding a four-point advantage over Manchester City as the title race continues to take shape.
