Moroccan international Adel Taarabt, currently seeking a new club after Queens Park Rangers’ relegation to the Championship, has expressed interest in joining Olympique de Marseille (OM). The rumor linking Taarabt to Marseille has gained traction, especially as the club is reportedly looking for an attacking midfielder.
In an interview with Le Parisien, Taarabt expressed his desire to join OM, stating, “If OM wants me, I’ll go there. I still have my sisters in Marseille, the house in Berre-L’Étang. It’s the first club I supported. When I came back from the Lens training center, I put on my OM jersey. It’s a big club where you can really explode if you have one or two good seasons.” However, Taarabt mentioned that he has not had direct contact with OM at the time of the statement.
