Osama Jalal, the defender for Pyramids FC, has shed light on the challenges preventing his team from clinching championships, despite having all the necessary resources at their disposal.
In a television interview with ON Time Sports, Jalal remarked, “The players at Pyramids are fully capable of winning championships, but the club’s history is only 5 or 6 years, competing against clubs with a century-long legacy.”
He went on to elaborate, “It’s not an easy feat to win a title just 5 years after the club’s establishment.
However, every season, we conclude the league in the second or third position and participate in African competitions.”
Jalal emphasized, “We consistently deliver outstanding performances in our matches, but luck doesn’t always favor us.”
He pointed out, “The lack of media attention can affect us; we could be playing against Sundowns, and no one knows about the match.”
Concluding his statements, Jalal highlighted, “Pyramids is one of the best teams in Egypt, playing attractive football that fans enjoy watching.
We are putting in our utmost effort to secure a championship.”
