Officials from the organizing committee of the Africa Cup of Nations in the city of Korhogo have today prohibited the national coach, Jalal Kaderi, and player Yassin Meriah from visiting the stadium where our national team is set to face Namibia tomorrow evening at 6 p.m.
Coach Jalal Kaderi and player Yassin Meriah headed to the stadium to inspect the pitch after the press conference held at the Amadou Kolybaly Conference Hall.
However, authorities intervened, citing “observations received from the African Football Confederation after one of the coaches of the participating teams visited a stadium on more than one occasion, causing some issues,” according to their statement.
