The coaching staff of the Zamalek first football team, under the guidance of Moatamed Gamal, has decided to engage in a friendly match against Kuwaiti Youth on Tuesday.
The match is set to take place at the club’s own stadium, forming a crucial part of the team’s preparations during the international break.
Zamalek had previously contested two friendly matches against Kaskada and Othmathoon Tanta last week.
The team secured victories in both encounters, defeating Kaskada with a four-goal lead and dominating Othmathoon Tanta with an impressive eight-goal triumph.
As part of their rigorous training regimen, Zamalek is gearing up for the upcoming Emirates Club Friendly Championship in Abu Dhabi.
The championship, scheduled from January 18 to January 24, will witness the participation of clubs like Emirates Club, Al-Ittihad Saudi Club, and Al-Sailiya from Qatar.
Following this, Zamalek is slated to participate in the Dubai Challenge Cup from January 26 to January 28, locking horns with formidable teams like Raja Casablanca from Morocco, Al-Ahli Saudi Club, and Wuhan Three Towns from China.
All matches are scheduled to take place at the Al Maktoum Stadium.
