Mamelodi Sundowns will have to negotiate for victory against Orlando Pirates without their influential midfielder Teboho Mokoena.

The highly-rated midfielder is suspended for the South African Premier League clash slated for Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Loftus Versveld due to yellow card accumulation.

Mokoena has picked four consecutive yellow cards in the South African top-flight, making him unavailable for the crucial clash against Pirates.

His absence is expected to affect Mamelodi Sundowns, having established himself as a key member of the squad since his arrival.

Mokoena has been and is a vital cog in the Sundowns midfield having established a strong partnership with Chilean midfield dynamo Marcello Allende.

Aside Mokoena, Mamelodi Sundowns is also missing the services of new recruit Miguel Reisinho, who remains suspended due to red card.

The 28-year-old South African international has made seven appearances for Mamelodi Sundowns in the Premiership.
