During his visit, CAF boss Patrice Motsepe held a crucial audience with Ivory Coast’s President Alassane Ouattara at the presidential palace in Abidjan.
The meeting focused on discussions regarding the preparations and organizational aspects of the AFCON 2023 tournament.
Following the audience, the Presidency of the Republic issued a statement, quoting Motsepe as praising the leadership of President Ouattara and commending the proactive measures taken by Côte d’Ivoire to ensure the flawless organization of the 34th edition of AFCON.
