Al-Ahly Club has successfully finalized the acquisition of Omar Kamal Abdelwahed, the Modern Future player and a member of the Egyptian national team.
The completion of all the necessary details with Future Club is imminent and will take place in the upcoming hours, with the player’s father present due to Omar Kamal Abdelwahed’s current commitment with the national team in Ivory Coast.
A source within Al-Ahly Club disclosed that the club has definitively sealed the deal for Omar Kamal Abdelwahed.
The agreement involves the transfer of three Al-Ahly players—Mohamed Ahmed Zalouk, Ahmed Khaled Kabaka, and Abdel Rahman Rashdan—for a period of two and a half seasons.
The source further revealed that Al-Ahly has included a clause in the contracts of Zalouk and Kabaka, granting the club the right to reclaim them after the passage of a season and a half.
Additionally, Future Club will be compensated with two substitute players in exchange for the duo.
In the coming hours, Al-Ahly is expected to officially announce the signing of Omar Kamal Abdelwahed, marking the second successful transaction in the winter transfer market following the club’s earlier acquisition of Palestinian player Wisam Abu Ali.
The developments showcase Al-Ahly’s commitment to reinforcing its squad for upcoming competitions and bolstering its strategic position in Egyptian and continental football.
