Egyptian football sensation, Ahmed Mustafa Zizo, a key player in both the national team and Zamalek Sporting Club, commemorates his 28th birthday today, January 10.
Having joined the ranks of the White Castle in the 2018 season from Portugal’s Moreirense, Zizo swiftly established himself as a pivotal midfielder for Zamalek and the national squad after a brief but impactful stint in professional football.
Zizo, known for his dynamic style and goal-scoring prowess, has featured in 214 matches for Zamalek, contributing significantly to 140 goals – scoring 73 and providing 57 assists.
His remarkable presence on the field has been a driving force behind Zamalek’s successes in various competitions.
The midfielder has proudly secured six titles during his tenure with Zamalek, including two Egyptian Premier League championships, one Egypt Cup, one Egyptian Super Cup, one CAF Confederation Cup, and one CAF Super Cup.
