Portuguese gaffer Nelo Vingade has rejected Mohammed Salah’s fourth place finish in the 2025 Ballon d’Or awards.

The Egyptian football star, who plies his tared for Premier League giants, Liverpool was named as the fourth best player in the world at the awards ceremony, held in Paris last Monday.

Salah was one of the brightest spot in world football last season, steering Liverpool to the Premier League title and also winning the goal king as well.

Besides, Salah scooped the Premier League Player of the Year and other important accolades last term. Despite his achievement, the former Chelsea star settled for a fourth place finish.
