Fit-again Franco-Cameroonian defender William Saliba returns for crunch Manchester City clash

France international of Cameroonian descent Williams Saliba has returned to the starting lineup for Arsenal for their crunch Premier League clash against Manchester City.

In a highly competitive clash on Sunday, the Gunners will play host to the Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium, with both teams yearning for maximum points.

However, the Gunners has been boosted by the return to Saliba, having missed the sides previous two days through injury.

Saliba picked up an injury setback in the sides away fixture against Liverpool before the September international break.

He lines up alongside captain Gabriel in the centre of defence, with Riccardo Calafiori and Jurrien Timber continuing at full back.

Meanwhile, Leandro Trossard has been handed a starting role, replacing Eberechi Eze, after contributing a goal and an assist from the bench on Tuesday.

Noni Madueke continues on the right, with Viktor Gyokeres leading the line up front, while the midfield trio of Martin Zubimendi, Declan Rice and Mikel Merino remains in place.
