Cape Town City successfully secure signing of Burundi midfielder Jospin Nshimirimana

Cape Town City have successfully secure the signature of Burundi international midfielder Jospin Nshimirimana in the South African transfer window.

Despite not disclosing details of the contract, the 23-year-old has completed a move to the South African outfit and is expected to play a huge role for the side.

Nshimirimana signed a permanent deal to join Cape Town City, marking a significant step in his football career

The rock-solid defensive midfielder has already played in Turkey for several clubs including, Malatyaspor and Şanlıurfaspor.

Earlier this year, Nshimirimana joined Rwandan’s outfit AS Kigali on a short-term deal as a free agent.

With his wealth of experience, Cape Town City will be counting on the midfielder as they seeks to make meaningful impact this season.

Since making his debut for Burundi in 2019, the midfielder has made 14 appearances, scoring eight goals across the period for the national team.
