The announcement, made by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Sunday, brings clarity to the composition of the Scorpions as they prepare to face the challenges of Group C in Ivory Coast.
Head coach Tom Saintfiet’s decision to maintain a level of continuity is evident, as the majority of players who contributed to Gambia’s AFCON 2021 campaign have been included in the final list for this edition.
Leading the pack with the iconic number 10 jersey is Musa Barrow, signaling his pivotal role in the team’s offensive strategies.
