Casablanca – Nigerian winger Michael Babatunde has completed a move to Moroccan side Raja Casablanca, signing a contract lasting three and a half seasons, the club announced on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old arrived in Morocco on Saturday and was set to undergo medical tests on Monday before the transfer was officially confirmed.
Babatunde, who previously played for Ukrainian side FK Dnipro, has also represented Heartland FC in Nigeria and Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih in Ukraine. The midfielder is expected to bolster Raja Casablanca’s attacking options as the Green Eagles aim for success in domestic and continental competitions.
