Burkinabe international midfielder Alain Traoré, who plays for Lorient, will unfortunately miss the rest of the season. He suffered a sprained ankle in December, followed by a torn thigh during the CAN (African Cup of Nations). Despite initial hopes for his return, a relapse last week led to the decision that he won’t be able to play for the rest of the season. Throughout the season, he played 14 matches, scoring 6 goals.
