Ghazl El-Mahalla officials have successfully secured the services of Nader Ramadan and Ahmed Refaat from Zed Club.
The duo, Refaat and Ramadan, inked contracts with Ghazl El-Mahalla for a period of two and a half seasons, following Zed Club’s approval of their departure.
This marks the sixth and seventh acquisitions for Ghazl El-Mahalla in the current transfer window.
Ghazl El-Mahalla had previously made five notable signings, including Fares Neymar, formerly of Semouha and Ittihad El-Shorta, who committed for four and a half seasons.
Additionally, the Mauritanian player Ahmed Salem, formerly of Laveen and Tameya and ex-Haras El-Hodoud, agreed to a three and a half-season contract.
Islam Magdy, previously with Al-Orobah, committed for three and a half seasons.
The club also secured the services of Bessam Waleed, the right-back from Wadi Degla, and Brooks, alongside the Cameroonian player Onana.
In tandem with these acquisitions, seven players bid farewell to Ghazl El-Mahalla.
Under the approval of coach Hossam Abdel-Aal, Youssef Bebo will be loaned to Mokawloon for six months, while Mahmoud Alaa will go on loan to Rayah Club.
The club mutually agreed to part ways with Ali Besiouny, Abdullah Bika, Magdy Sabry, Ragab Gamal, and Mustafa El-Shadly.
Currently occupying the sixth position in the Egyptian Premier League standings, Ghazl El-Mahalla has amassed 24 points from 14 matches.
The team has secured six victories, drawn in an equal number of matches, and suffered two defeats, netting 14 goals while conceding only 9.
Ghazl El-Mahalla’s strategic moves in the transfer market reflect the club’s ambition to strengthen its squad for the challenges ahead in the league competition.
