‘Noni Madueke’s arrival will improve our squad’ – Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has welcomed new signing Noni Madueke to the club, stressing that the attacker will improve his squad.

According to Arteta, everyone at Arsenal is delighted with the new signing.

“Noni joins our group with familiar England teammates and other players he knows. He will be made to feel at home straight away. His arrival will really improve our squad – we’re all thrilled to have him here. From all of us, welcome Noni and welcome to your family,” Arteta said as quoted on the Arsenal website.

The English Premier League outfit announced the signing of the attacker from Chelsea in an official statement on Friday, July 18.

“We’re delighted to announce that England international Noni Madueke has joined us on a long-term contract.

“The 23-year-old, north London-born forward joins us from Chelsea, where he made 92 appearances in all competitions,” Arsenal announced.

Noni Madueke, 24, is also excited about his move and is eager to achieve success with the club.
