Tanzanian giants Simba SC have no intention of selling their ‘crown jewels’ in the ongoing summer transfer window.
Simba SC currently boast of top talents, with many clubs including Kaizer Chiefs hovering around for two players Denis Kibu and Jean Charles Ahoua.
However, Simba SC in a statement insists they have no plans of selling their top players this summer.
“We are building a team for long-term success, which means we need to keep our most valuable players.
We are not in the business of selling our top assets, especially at a time when the team is gaining momentum and showing real promise”
The Soweto giants are seeking to augment their squad for the new campaign, following an inconsistent performance, particularly in the South African top-flight.
Kaizer Chiefs lacked firing power in the final third in the just ended season and are seeking to bolster their attack to compete in the upcoming campaign.
Despite their Cup triumph, Kaizer Chiefs fell short in the South African Premiership are poised to fix their wrong for next season.
