South African outfit Kaizer Chiefs progressing in pursuit of Polokwane City winger Oswin Appollis
South African outfit Kaizer Chiefs are pushing for the acquisition of Polokwane City winger Oswin Appollis as the summer transfer window approaches.
Having endured a difficult camping, the Soweto giants are seeking to bolster their squad for the upcoming campaign. Despite securing the Cup title, Kaizer Chiefs missed out on the top eight in the league.
In an attempt to make a meaningful impact next campaign, the club is preparing a major transfer this summer to solidify their team.
Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly made a significant progress in their pursuit of Polokwane City winger, who has been on their radar for the past two years.
Last summer, Polokwane City rejected an offer from Kaizer Chiefs for the 23-year-old attacker. Appollis is under contract with Polokwane City until the summer of 2026.
The 23-year-old winger has made 28 appearances for the team this season, but has not been particularly prolific scoring just two goals and providing one assist.
