Didier Drogba showed his strong team spirit and leadership off the pitch as well as on it by attending Arthur Boka’s official presentation at Málaga. The Ivory Coast captain was there to support his teammate as Boka signed a two-year contract with the Spanish club.
At 31 years old, Boka is making a fresh start after a long stint at Stuttgart since 2006, having originally come from Strasbourg. Drogba wasn’t the only Ivorian showing support — Serge Aurier and Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro also attended the press conference, highlighting the close-knit bond among the Elephants players.
