France striker of Malian descent, Ousmane Dembele, has resumed training at PSG ahead of the team’s second leg clash against Arsenal in their semi-final tie of the UEFA Champions League.
Dembele was in action for the first leg at Emirates Stadium last Tuesday. He scored PSG’s only goal of the match to lead the team to a narrow win against the English opposition.
Unfortunately, he picked up a knock and had to be substituted in the second half.
After the game, there were concerns that Ousmane Dembele would miss the second leg meeting.
However, after scans and some checks, it was revealed that the player is not significantly injured and should recover in time for the next game.
Today, Africasoccer can report that Ousmane Dembele has fully recovered from any pain he felt and has trained with his PSG teammates as part of preparations for the clash against Arsenal in Paris on Wednesday.
Dembele will be key for PSG as the team aims to make it to the final of the UEFA Champions League.
