With the 2026 World Cup qualifiers entering a crucial phase, Burkina Faso, Benin, and Ivory Coast are set to unveil their squad selections on Monday, March 10, 2025.

Coaches from all three nations will disclose their player lists ahead of the upcoming fixtures on matchdays five and six.

Burkina Faso will be the first to reveal their squad, with head coach Brama Traoré scheduled to hold a press conference at 10:00 GMT.

The Stallions will be looking to assemble a strong team as they prepare for their next two qualifying encounters. With key players returning from injury and new talents emerging, Traoré’s choices will be under close scrutiny.

Shortly after, Benin’s national team head coach, Gernot Rohr, will address the media at 10:30 GMT to announce his squad for the decisive fixtures.

The Cheetahs, aiming to boost their chances of securing a World Cup berth, will be eager to field a competitive lineup.

Rohr’s selection will be closely examined, particularly with several players vying for a place in the squad amid fluctuating form and fitness concerns.

Later in the afternoon, attention will shift to Africa’s reigning champions, Ivory Coast. Head coach Emerse Faé is set to release his squad list for the upcoming qualifiers as the Elephants seek to build on their recent AFCON triumph.

With mounting expectations, Faé’s choices will be pivotal, especially as he navigates injuries, player form, and the emergence of new prospects.

As these teams gear up for the next phase of the qualifiers, the selections made by their respective managers will play a crucial role in shaping their World Cup aspirations.

With squad depth, tactical adjustments, and player availability all factors in consideration, the forthcoming announcements will be eagerly anticipated by fans and analysts alike.
