Bayern Munich’s preparations for their upcoming Bundesliga match against VfB Stuttgart received a boost as Michael Olise resumed team training today.
The French winger had been absent from Tuesday’s session but rejoined his teammates, alongside Manuel Neuer and Eric Dier, according to Bild.
Olise, who transferred from Crystal Palace to Bayern Munich in August 2024 for €53 million, has been a standout performer this season. The 23-year-old has made 32 appearances across all competitions, contributing 11 goals and 12 assists. His impactful play has solidified his importance in Vincent Kompany’s squad. Notably, Olise made an immediate impression by assisting Kingsley Coman just two minutes into his debut during a 4-0 DFB-Pokal victory over Ulm.
While Olise’s return is a positive development, Bayern faces challenges with the absences of Joshua Kimmich and Strahinja Pavlović, who are currently sidelined. As Bayern prepares to face Stuttgart on Friday, the team will look to Olise’s creativity and form to maintain their momentum in the league.
