Nigeria forward Umar Sadiq responds to Getafe transfer links

Nigeria international Umar Sadiq has responded to reports linking him to a January move to Spanish outfit Getafe.

Sadiq has existing contract with fellow Spanish outfit Real Sociedad heading into the winter transfer window.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from Sociedad in the upcoming transfer window.

But Sadiq in an interview botched to confirm or deny a possible move in the January move.

Asked if he could join Getafe in January, he said, I don’t know. Let’s see what will happen in the future.

Sadiq is back from injury and is expected to play a huge role for Real Sociedad in the ongoing campaign.

The Nigeria international has made 7 appearances in the ongoing Spanish La Liga campaign.
