Cameroonian football icon Samuel Eto’o is set to participate in the upcoming Angoulême International Comics Festival. Eto’o will present the first volume of a nine-part comic book series titled “Eto’o Fils,” published by Dagan editions. The comic retraces the football star’s life, and Eto’o expressed his motivation to share his experiences, emphasizing the hard work behind his success. The series aims to showcase Eto’o’s journey, challenging stereotypes and providing inspiration, particularly for young people. Eto’o, a four-time winner of the African Golden Ball, has enjoyed a stellar career with achievements such as winning the CAN in 2000 and 2002 with the Cameroon national team.
