Algerian FA unveils Greens’ schedule for 2025 AFCON qualifiers

The Algerian Football Federation (FAF) announced the comprehensive schedule for the national team, the Greens, in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers on Sunday.
The Algerian national team will kick off their qualification campaign with a home match against Equatorial Guinea, followed by an away game against Liberia between September 2 and 10, 2024.
In October, from the 7th to the 15th, the Greens will face Togo at home for the first leg and away for the second leg.
Additionally, coach Vladimir Petkovic’s squad will play Equatorial Guinea away and host Liberia at home in the later stages of the qualifiers.
This structured schedule sets the stage for Algeria’s determined quest to secure a spot in the 2025 AFCON tournament, promising thrilling encounters and showcasing their football prowess on the continental stage.
