The Ivory Coast national football team, known as the Elephants, has commenced its preparation phase for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN). The team embarked on a ten-day training camp starting last Saturday (January 6-16) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Under the guidance of Franco-Tunisian coach Sabri Lamouchi, the team will utilize this period in the UAE capital to develop and refine their strategy for the upcoming tournament. Lamouchi aims to formulate a winning plan that could lead the Ivory Coast to success in the CAN.
