After his team’s impressive 4-0 victory against Espanyol, he shared, “There are days when I will be able to coach and others no. But anyway, even though I know that I am a public figure, I insist that this illness is part of my private sphere. Thank you to everyone who supported me during these times. Thank you also to my players and the club for being able to overcome this news in the way they did. This team has had many tough times over the past two years.”
