In a strategic move to bolster their squad, Grenoble, currently holding the fourth position in Women’s D3, has secured the services of Senegalese international and former Dakar Sacré-Cœur captain, Korka Fall.
The seasoned footballer, free from contractual obligations since the conclusion of the previous season, adds a wealth of experience and skill to Alassane Diakité’s team as they pursue promotion to the second division, sitting just one point behind the league leaders.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the new venture, Korka Fall conveyed her eagerness to explore a different country and championship. “I am motivated to discover a country and a championship that I do not yet know.
I was very well received by all the girls on the team, and I share a room with two of them, so that helps me a lot,” remarked the Lionesses’ captain.
The experienced player was pleasantly surprised by the level displayed during the initial training sessions with Grenoble, emphasizing a normal adaptation period.
“As with any new challenge, there will be an adaptation time which is normal. I’m happy to be here, and I can’t wait to get started,” Korka Fall added, underlining her eagerness to contribute to Grenoble’s ambitions in the competitive French football landscape.
