The Zambian Football Association is preparing to hold an international training camp for its senior national team in readiness for the upcoming matches against Morocco and Tanzania in the World Cup qualifiers. Zambia is set to face Morocco in Agadir on June 8th, followed by hosting Tanzania three days later.
Andrew Kamanga, President of the Zambian Football Association, stated, “We are adequately preparing for the World Cup Group F qualifiers against Tanzania and Morocco. Zambia will play away to Morocco in Agadir on June 8th, and then host Tanzania at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola three days later.”
Kamanga added, “We have an international camp in Europe as part of our intensive and focused preparations, and it is our duty to adequately prepare our national teams for various international assignments.”
Currently, Zambia sits in second place in Group F, having secured a victory against Congo but suffering a defeat against Niger in the first and second rounds of matches.
