Lenovo and Motorola join forces with FIFA for historic Club World Cup 2025

The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has announced a dynamic partnership with technology giants Lenovo and Motorola Mobility for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, set to redefine club football with the inaugural 32-team tournament.

This collaboration, revealed on May 29, 2025, will see Lenovo integrate its cutting-edge devices, infrastructure, and solutions, while Motorola, a Lenovo brand, takes center stage as the Official Smartphone Partner, amplifying fan engagement worldwide.

The FIFA Club World Cup 2025, hosted in the USA, will feature 63 matches across 30 days, uniting top clubs from all six confederations in a celebration of inclusivity and merit.

Broadcast live for free on DAZN, the tournament promises to captivate a global audience.

Lenovo’s innovative technology will enhance the experience for fans, teams, and stakeholders, building on its role as FIFA’s Official Technology Partner since October 2024.

FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström emphasized the partnership’s significance, stating;

“The inaugural FIFA Club World Cup will mark a new era in global club football – one that is inclusive, innovative, and more connected than ever before. We’re delighted to have Motorola and Lenovo joining us for this groundbreaking tournament.”

Motorola President Sergio Buniac added, “Motorola is proud to support this landmark in global club football with smarter technology. Through our infrastructure, devices, and services, we will help FIFA deliver a tournament that is truly inclusive for fans around the world.”

This partnership affirms FIFA’s commitment to advancing football’s digital future, ensuring the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 sets a new standard for global club competitions.
