Head coach of Cameroon Marc Brys has summoned 26 players for the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifying games against Eswatini and Libya.
The Indomitable Lions will travel to face Eswatini on March 19 before hosting Libya on home turf on March 25, 2025.
Cameroon currently sit top of Group D, accumulating 8 points from the initial four matches in the qualifying series. The Central African outfit, who are keen on securing qualification to the biggest soccer mundial has managed two wins and two draws.
Ahead of the upcoming matches, the Belgian tactician has unveiled his squad with notable players like Andre Onana, Michael Ngadeu-Ngadeu, Vincent Aboubakar, Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa and Christian Bassogod making the cut.
Brys took over Cameroon early this year and is determined to lead the African giants to secure qualification to the World Cup.
He will be counting on experienced players in the squad as he aim for a flying start to his spell as the head coach of the national team.
The upcoming fixtures will be crucial in determining whether Cameroon can maintain their lead and secure a place in the tournament.
